The exhibition for the Training Lion 2025 design competition was a complete success. During the Weaving Culture Festival and the week after, numerous interested people visited the archive and voted for their favorite. The project is now moving into the next round so that the 10th Training Lion award ceremony can take place in 2025 with a design from the basketry school or the Lichtenfels State Vocational School.
In the fall, a jury will select the three sculptures that will represent the prize in the various categories. These works are more than trophies - they are signs of recognition and symbolize the responsibility that these companies take on by training the skilled workers of tomorrow and thus securing the economic future of our region. The Training Lion inspires companies to invest in training and innovation and thus further expand the economic strength of the Lichtenfels district.
