With the last few months taken up with the building approval process, it's now just a few more days until things really get underway! The next step will be the demolition of the existing basement. Before carrying out this work, temporary safety surround fencing will be put up on the building site at Marktplatz 2. At the same time, the exterior wall of the neighbouring building will be shored up and heavily reinforced, followed by archaeological excavations. This work is expected to last until the end of April.
